Men’s Coaching

This is all you need to know about my mission to determine if you are in the right place ⬇️

  • Roy's guidance has been invaluable in my journey towards personal and professional growth. His unique blend of wisdom, patience, and understanding created a safe space for me to explore and overcome my limitations. Through his sessions, I've developed a stronger sense of self-awareness and resilience, which has positively impacted both my career and personal relationships. Roy's approach is both nurturing and empowering, making him an exceptional mentor. I'm deeply grateful for his support and highly recommend his services.

  • Roy provided level-headed and considerate feedback to the issues I was encountering in my marriage. He was empathetic to my situation, but also reflected to me ways in which my own behaviors could be feeding the dynamic I was running into. I have found his work to be very helpful in understanding the light and shadow of intersexual dynamics between men and women.

  • Roy has a calm manner that belies a way of being incisive when coming up against denial and excuses. His manner is welcoming, but firm and challenging, the way a honing stone should be for any man looking to sharpen himself. Roy has reminded me where I'm taking responsibility for others in inappropriate ways, and not taking enough responsibility for my own choices in those same relationships.

  • The accountability and challenge that I received from Roy in the early days of building my business really helped me develop confidence to own my offerings and be more willing to take chances. If you're a man who wants to develop more ease being confident and authentic, definitely reach out to Roy. He's playful and brings levity to what can often be heavy and serious work, which is a breath of fresh air.

  • Today's session with Roy was extremely powerful. He did an amazing job providing loads of insight and perspectives on topics that I never even thought about. His calm manner allows for easy communication but has no problem "telling it like it is" when need be.

    Junior

  • Roy helped me break through a tough set of reoccurring issues and lack of boundaries in my relationships, especially in showing what good communication looks like when in tough conversations.

    Casey

  • Roy helped me focus on creating more of a growth mindset regarding my own life goals and relationships. He led me through a series of meditations and visualizations that created a stronger foundation of self-confidence and peace. I look forward to applying these helpful techniques to my daily life. Roy is a great mentor and advocate!

Does this sound like you?

Imposter Syndrome

On paper you’ve got things together (well payed, physically fit, an attractive woman as your partner), but your mind is a merciless inner critic that whispers, “You’re still not good enough. You’re a fraud!” Anxiety constantly hums in the background.

Emotional Avoidance

You don’t know how to handle difficult emotions like anxiety, grief, and anger. You do your best to distract yourself from them (e.g. over-eating, drinking, smoking, scrolling). Survival mode has been your MO, vices have been your only source of relief.

People Pleasing

Your conditioned reflex is to say “yes” to everyone who wants your help. Yet each time there is a twinge of resentment as you think, “Why do I keep over-extending myself? They’re taking me for granted…” You give to others hoping they will give back to you.

Heartbreak

You have been spiraling over a recent breakup or feel hung up on a past breakup. Thoughts of, “I need to get her back! I have to get her to see I’ve changed” dominate your mental dialogue. You haven’t been able to stop yourself from checking her social media.

Relationship Conflict

You kill it at work, but at home with your woman you feel like a dog with its tail caught between its legs. You defer to her for all decisions and walk on eggshells hoping not to upset her (the Nice Guy Syndrome). Asserting yourself is a foreign concept.

Personal Development Junkie

You’ve read all the self-help books, listened to all the podcasts, did some psychedelics, and even spent time in therapy yet haven’t experienced significant lasting change in your life. You’ve wondered, “What’s wrong with me? Why aren’t I fixed yet?”

Here’s why things have been stuck

Lack of Role Models

You never learned or were modeled how to effectively navigate relationship conflict and experience conflict as a vehicle for greater understanding and intimacy.

Survival Mode

Your nervous system is chronically stuck in survival mode, which means your body and mind never get a chance to rest, repair, and rejuvenate.

Mind > Heart

Like 90% of men, you attempt to rationalize your way through emotional turmoil. This causes a vicious cycle of more thought loops about the feelings and more feelings about the thought loops.

Masculine Repression

You’ve been cut off from your masculine core, which is directly connected to your ability to say “no”, set boundaries, master your emotions, and assert yourself.

"Fix" Yourself

You believe you need to be fixed, that something within you is inherently flawed and thus must be scrubbed clean. You jump from one thing to the other hoping to “cure” yourself.

Subconscious Blocks

Your subconscious mind has been replaying the worst part of the same movie over and over as if it’s still happening, which creates the same patterns of thoughts, behaviors, and decisions.

Here’s what we will do to create transformation that lasts

Identify Your Core Values

When your core values & your goals align, you will have a north star to guide you forward. Instead of blindly sailing in the dark, your values and vision will guide you forward. Better than any GPS or self-help book is knowing the roadmap of your soul.

Communication Skills

You will learn how to communicate with greater clarity. You’ll learn how to ask better questions & deliver clearer messages. Instead of feeling anxious and lost in conversation with your woman, you now lead and provide clarity to her chaos

Nervous System Tools

Teach you & apply tools that help you ground and release tension from your body and nervous system. What used to feel like a level 10 trigger will be dialed down to a level 2, which gives you greater control and mastery in stressful situations.

Action Challenges

Reality test all the things you’ve been learning & transforming. 10% of your growth will come from what we do on the coaching calls. The remaining 90% will come from going out to live your life and expand your capacity to let life move through you.

Subconscious Reprogramming

This is the facet of your mind that’s been replaying the worst part of the same movie over and over. Once we reprogram it, the movie gets to move forward; you are no longer stuck. You can finally exit the movie & move toward the reality you desire.

Reconnect to Your Heart

My intention is that you smile more, laugh more, and experience a quiet peace & gratitude every day. There’s more to your identity as a man than just striving, fighting, and producing; I’m here to remind you of that. It is your birthright.

Here’s what I expect of you

Personal Responsibility

I will take responsibility for showing up at my best to be of service to you. I expect you to show up at your best and take personal responsibility on your end. If you expect me to change your life without you having to make any changes in your own life then you should find a different coach to work with.

Commit to the Process

This is not an overnight change. It doesn’t take years of therapy to make a change, but it also won’t be a quick fix either. Commit to the process in the same way you would commit to a 12 hour flight; you are along for the ride to your next destination.

You Are Doing This For You

You are here for YOU. Coaching isn’t about making your life better so you can then get what you want from someone else. If you are coming here to make someone else happy, then you should find a different coach to work with.

Self-Sovereignty Mindset

You are open to the idea that you can choose to be happy and that external factors do not dictate your capacity to be happy.

Lean Into The Emotions

You are willing to lean into uncomfortable emotions that may come up. In order to reprogram your subconscious mind and strengthen the resilience of your nervous system, there will be some discomfort involved. Think of it like taking a cold shower, but instead of cold water it’s emotions. Cold showers are a shock, but build tremendous mental and physiological resilience; the same applies to leaning into emotional tension.

Roy helped me a lot to come into my male energy. I used to suffer from Nice-Guy-Syndrome, saying always yes, not setting boundaries, rarely contradicting my wife. He showed me typical masculine traits and how to work with them in stressful moments. Shortly before our coaching ended, I got into a conflict with my wife where I could apply everything I‘ve learned from Roy. And it worked!! The fight was over much sooner than it used to be. That was amazing!

I very much like Roy‘s huge knowledge, his experience and also his great wisdom. He understands the situation very quickly each time I bring up something and his comments always helped me to move forward. Sometimes his remarks are at first slightly counter- intuitive and after explaining you see how powerful they are. He also works with the unconscious mind, which I found very helpful. I definitively recommend Roy for coaching.

What Men Are Saying

The calls I had with Roy have been instrumental in consciously connecting with my own self, in reflecting on interactions and mental blocks that stood in the way on fully expressing myself to the women I dated. The trait I once had and that was missing was directness! I’d stopped being direct, I’d stopped speaking my mind, I’d stopped leaning in to my edge.

For me Roy played the role of a brother who I could openly discuss or reflect on experiences. Roy is an amazing listener, he could see through my stories and got to the point right away. He throws open questions that help in untangling the limiting behaviors. Opening up to Roy felt like opening up to a brother, a non judgmental brother who sees you through your stories.

Thomas Abraham

I was experiencing a lot of frustration in one area of my life. Roy helped me see my situation from a different perspective. His coaching was experiential, very different from the coaching sessions I was used to before. First, I became calmer and energized at the same time thanks to his technique. Then, he helped me reframe my situation into a funny one that made me smile about the very situation I was initially frustrated about. I definitely recommend Roy and his unique way of coaching.

Bohus Bohunicky

Roy is a great coach who helped with getting more clarity with my business and career. He knows how to ask right questions that opens new depthful doors of your own discovery. Moreover, he's has great understanding of man and female relationships which I really appreciate, and find very rare amongst the coaching scene nowadays.

Dino Avici

Roy helped me on 2 aspects of my life: Nice Guy Syndrome and Anxious Attachment Pattern. What really gave me a shift is how he guided me through a process to give shape, name, sound and color to the highest object I ever saw. With this he helped me see how the old patterns that held me back were subconscious reaction to survive as an 8 year old kid, which is an old software I no longer need. It gave me lots of thoughts and I still think about it.

Working with Roy after a deeply painful breakup of six years was one of the most transformative decisions I’ve made.

Initially, I was overwhelmed with grief and confusion, but Roy helped me navigate through the emotional turmoil with a sense of clarity and compassion that I didn’t think was possible. His coaching guided me through the hardest moments, allowing me to process my emotions and regain my sense of self.

Roy's support extended far beyond just recovery. He helped me improve nearly every other aspect of my life—whether it was getting in touch with my emotions, setting a clearer direction for my future, or even managing my relationships with women in a healthier way. His guidance empowered me to make better decisions about how I spent my time, fostering both personal and professional growth.

Roy has been a massive source of support, and I am forever grateful for the impact he’s had on my life. If you are interested in coaching, either for personal or professional growth, Roy has my sincere recommendation.
